A LITTLE CLARITY.

Before you begin.

PropertyBook is in beta. Here’s what to expect.

What is PropertyBook?

PropertyBook is a Philippine property platform that brings property discovery, inquiries and your next steps into one place. Start with what you need, explore relevant property profiles and connect with the brokerage team when you are ready.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Start with a location and whether you want to buy or rent. Budget, property type, pets and other preferences help narrow the options. You can change your mind as you explore.

Is listing a property complicated?

Start with a few simple questions and save a private draft. You can add photos and supporting information as you go. Documents, publication permission and any brokerage appointment are separate steps; nothing is published just because you start a draft.

Can I use WhatsApp or Messenger?

Website inquiries are the starting point for this beta. WhatsApp and Messenger automation are being prepared and are not yet available.

Can everything be completed online?

PropertyBook is being built to support the journey from discovery toward closing. Viewing requests and property intake are available for testing; negotiation, agreements and closing tools are still being developed.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION.
